Mary is a tax lawyer admitted in California and Washington, and certified since 1979 as a tax specialist by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She works as an independent tax consultant in collaboration with individuals or businesses that are in need of an experienced tax professional.

Her number one goal in 2018 is to help domestic or foreign individuals or businesses maximize their tax savings on the sale of assets and/or to help foreigners immigrate to the U.S. fast. There are approved and viable tax and immigration programs Mary works with that are ready now.

Ms. Vigal is a former full time associate professor of law in the Graduate School of Taxation of Golden Gate University in San Francisco California, and an associate professor in the MS Taxation program at Golden Gate University. She was also asked to be visiting professor in taxation at the Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara California. Mary has a B.A. in Economics from the Colorado College, her J.D. degree from the University of Santa Clara, and her LL.M. (tax) degree from Golden Gate University

Mary frequently speaks at domestic and international venues on wealth preservation, asset protection, tax, and international business and estate planning, and has numerous published articles in her areas of expertise. The WA Department of Real Estate has licensed her as an instructor for a 3 hour class on Taxation of Foreigners Investing in Real Estate. Recently published on Amazon is her Tax Guide 4 Foreigners, Investing, Working or Living in the United States.
