A 17-year resident of Miami, John is actually a global citizen, having lived in 5 different countries
including Iran, India, Singapore, Sweden and the U.S. and having traveled to more than 20 other
countries worldwide. He also speaks four languages, has family in Sweden, Norway, France, Germany, England, and is uniquely well-versed in the buying attitude and needs of those from Europe and Asia, as well as those from the U.S. and the Americas. Equally impressive is John’s proven track record for generating results. To date, some of his top real estate transactions include working as a member of a team devoted to the sale of NFL legend Dan Marino’s South Florida home, and the sale of a $5 million residence in prestigious Las Olas with 80-ÂÂÂfeet of prime waterfront among other elite finishes and features. Today, John is the Director of Sales in charge of Cervera’s flagship office; and a luxury sales specialist focused on residential properties throughout Miami and Fort Lauderdale ranging from $2 million to over $12 million.
Prior to joining Cervera, John worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Delta Air Lines; and also worked as a Luxury Sales Consultant and Director of Business Development at two other prominent high-end real estate firms. John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management & Entrepreneurship from the Malcolm Baldrige School of Business at Post University in Connecticut. While there, John maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA and graduated with highest honors, earning him membership in the Alpha Chi National Collegiate Honor Society. John is also the Vice President of Membership at Toastmasters International and a member of the National and Florida Speakers Association, as well as the National Association of Realtors. He enjoys devoting his time and energy to charitable organizations and is an active contributor to the Joel Osteen Foundation and World Vision International. Among his many interests, John most enjoys traveling, boating, golf, tennis, scuba diving, and skydiving.
John is fluent in English, Norwegian, Persian, and Swedish.
