Jenny Cui migrated to the US from China in 1995 to pursue further education and obtained Masters of Science in Information System in Honolulu Hawaii. After her studies, she worked with Top 500 companies in high tech industry such as Microsoft as a senior engineer, team leader and manager for numerous years before venturing to real estate. Jenny was the owner of a manufacturing company in China that made high end architectural accents which are imported and sold to luxury residential homes in greater Seattle area between 2004 to 2009. In her earlier career, she was heavily involved with international trading, shipping and manufacturing representation between China and the global market.
As a licensed real estate professional since 2010, Jenny has been focusing on guiding local, national and international clients with high level consulting, marketing, sales and collaboration to help them sell or invest in residential, commercial, luxury home and real estate acquisitions. Jenny personifies integrity, energy, dedication, hard work and creativity in every detail of her real estate transactions. She tenaciously protected her clients and partners’ interest thus, gained a stellar reputation that resulted in loyal clientele, personal referrals and numerous repeat businesses. Jenny is also an EB5 expert that caters with EB5 immigration applicants and have helped many people from overseas come to US by successfully investing in real estate immigration investment projects.
Jenny obtained industrial designations including Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and the very first Chinese real estate professional who earned the Million Dollar Guild recognition in Texas.
With extensive international experience and background, Jenny is the current Chair of AREAA’s International Committee. Jenny founded AREAA Austin Chapter in early 2013 with great passion to serve the Asian community. Jenny has been the China Director of Great Texas Regional Center since 2013, she also served as the General Secretary of Asian Economic Federation Foreign Affair Committee in 2014 and successfully led mission trip between Chinese enterprise leaders and high level African government officials during her time.
