Gayle Bryce works through a collaborative approach to increase affordable lending opportunities and promote sustainable homeownership with lender, nonprofits, real estate professionals, and local government. In her role, she utilizes her expertise to identify and execute strategic initiatives that advance Fannie Mae’s HomeReady mortgage product and other resources to help increase access to credit and the stabilization of local communities. She has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry from various positions held within the secondary and primary mortgage markets: community outreach, sales, external relations, and operations. Prior to joining Fannie Mae she served as a former board member for three local nonprofit organizations. Gayle is based in Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge and earned an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking.
