Atsuko Yube

AREAA National

Atsuko Yube is the CEO of Global Estate Link, Inc. and an affiliate broker of Sperry Commercial Global. She is the 2017 AREAA National International Committee Chair connecting international relations within AREAA and its members, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for AREAA Global, a for-profit entity 100% owned by AREAA. She is also the Founding Chair of Japan Connect Group within AREAA Global and was the 2015 AREAA Silicon Valley Chapter President.

She came to the United States as a teenager from Japan as a student. Before starting her career in real estate, she worked and owned a trading company in San Francisco in the 1990s and went on to become a successful mortgage broker in the Bay area, serving a wide range of clients from first time home buyers to investors from all over the world. In 2006, she expanded her business and opened Capital Lending Network, Inc., a full service mortgage brokerage in Silicon Valley. Her language skills helped establish herself in the Japanese community in the Bay Area as a trusted mortgage professional for many years.

After fifteen years in successful mortgage brokering business, she formed Global Estate Link, Inc. in 2015 and started her career path in real estate full time. This change in career was a result of leading a successful Trade Mission to Japan in 2013, which was put together with a group of like-minded AREAA members from chapters across the nation who had the vision to build a bridge of friendship and business affiliations with real estate professionals and companies in Japan. A visit to Japan after many years of local-focused business changed her view in life and decided to pursue her dream of becoming an international real estate professional. In 2016, she completed her CIPS Designation course, continued to travel for business and is pursuing her CCIM designation.

Besides serving for AREAA locally and Nationally, Atsuko is also a member of Global Investment Counsel and Commercial Committee at Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR) and Global Business Counsel at Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR) where she often speaks on international topics.
