Arisa Homma is an Assistant Manager of Global Division at PACICOM, Inc. She was one of the founding members of “PACICOM Global”, where Japanese investors can easily connect with U.S real estate agents. Not only assisting Japanese investors, she also serves foreign investors purchasing properties in Tokyo and manage properties for foreign owners. Along with her Japanese broker license, she has a Certified International Property Specialist (CI PS) designation, which is very difficult and rare for Japanese realtor to obtain due to the language barrier. With her experience of studying abroad in Boston, MA, and a background of her degree in Business Management, Arisa is very strong in international business and actively involved in global real estate market.
PACICOM, Inc. has been involved in real estate business for over 50 years in Azabu Juban, Minato-ku, which is located in the center of Tokyo. The PAC I COM Group has developed and holds 10 real estate properties at the center of Azabu Juban, and its diverse portfolio includes many type of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, retail buildings, multifamily buildings and hotels.
Arisa is also one of the researchers at Japan-America Real Estate Coalition Office (JARECO). As the youngest researchers in this organization, she plays an important role to achieve its organization’s goal, which is revitalization of the real estate distribution market in Japan. Through mutual cooperation with National Association of Realtors (NAR) and its agreement countries around the world, JARECO conducts research and information exchange on international real estate distribution policy.
Main activities include the following:
- International exchange: Coordinate real estate activities between Japan and USA.
- Research of real estate industry in Japan and USA.
- Offering some course in handling international real estate business in Japan.
